Conscientious Employee Protection Act
“Whistleblower Act”
The Office of Internal Audit (OIA) provides a secure channel through which current Kean employees may make confidential disclosures. OIA evaluates each disclosure to determine whether there is a substantial likelihood that it pertains to a violation of any law, rule or regulation. If a determination of misconduct is made, the Office of Internal Audit has the authority to investigate the matter and provide recommendations for resolution.
