Master of Science in Nursing
The School of Nursing offers several Master of Science in Nursing Degrees with options in School Nursing, Community Health Nursing and Clinical Administration. Kean’s Graduate Nursing programs place an emphasis on transcultural nursing concepts.
Entering students pursue part-time or full-time study (3 to 9 credits per semester). Kean programs provide nurses with expertise in clinical management emphasizing system planning and protocols of care development which are responsive to culturally diverse healthcare provider and patient populations. It is this unique combination of transcultural nursing care and managerial skill which
will prepare Kean Nursing graduates with the competence necessary to take a leadership role in the clinical arena.
