AN ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ANNUAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE 2012-2013 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Annual Notice informing the public of the date, time and location of the Kean University Board of Trustees Public Meetings for the 2012-2013 Academic Year will be forwarded to The Star Ledger and The Home News & Tribune and published in each periodical.

The Annual Notice also will be published online and displayed in the lobby of the University Center.  A copy of the Annual Notice also will be forwarded to the Secretary of State of New Jersey.

Please note:  All Board of Trustees public meetings will be held in the Kean Hall Conference Center, Room 127 on Mondays at 4 p.m. and Saturdays at 11:00 a.m, unless otherwise notified.

At the beginning of the business portion of the meeting, the Chairperson will recognize members of the public who wish to speak. The Chairperson will designate the length of time available to each speaker. The Board policy is that you will be granted a maximum of 3 minutes to speak. Anyone wishing to speak at the public forum should register with the Board of Trustees Office by 12 p.m. on the Friday before Monday meetings, or by 12 p.m. on the Wednesday before Saturday meetings. Speakers are encouraged to address topics on the meeting agenda and to provide their comments in writing in advance of the meeting.
