Dr. Andrew Lee – Director of Counseling and Disability Services

Dr. Andrew Lee is a clinical psychologist and the Director of the Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Andrew is always looking for ways to improve our students’ experience at Kean University.

Donna Dingle – Managing Assistant Director

Donna Dingle meets with students with disabilities to develop and assist in accessing reasonable accommodations, scheduling tutoring and mentoring appointments and encourage the use of adaptive technology to promote student success. She has taught college students with disabilities for twenty years and was a Learning Disability Specialist for seven years before coming to Kean.

Lakitha Owens – Program Assistant

Lakitha Owens is the new Program Assistant at ODS. Lakitha has a master’s in psychology and is fluent in American Sign Language. She has experience working with students with disabilities and is sensitive of their need for accommodations and help resolving academic related concerns.
