Parental Component

The parental component is very important in our program. One of the effective ways in which Project Adelante promotes parental involvement is through workshops held for the parents during each academy.

These workshops include:

• College Admissions

• Financial Aid

• Family issues

• School issues

• Mental Health issues

We also provide English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for the parents.

Our parents have also created their own Parents' Association and serve as spokespeople of the program.
