University Counsel

The Office of University Counsel provides advice and representation to the Board of Trustees, the President and other University administrators in their capacity as agents conducting University business. The Office also represents other University-Related Organizations.

Michael A. Tripodi, Esq. is legal counsel to the University as well as Ethics Liaison Officer. He assures the University is in compliance with the State Ethics Commission rules and regulations and acts as the Liaison between the University and the State.
