Procession begins at 9:30 a.m. RAIN OR SHINE
Graduates, faculty and staff should arrive at the parking lot to the left of the main entrance no later than 8 a.m. with their caps and gowns for robing and processional lineup.

Gates will open for guests at 7 a.m. Please ask friends and relatives to wait patiently until that time. Ample parking is available at no cost to attendees. For more information about PNC, including driving directions, visit www.artscenter.com

Traffic
Traffic will be extremely heavy on the Garden State Parkway, especially in the area near exit 116 for the PNC Bank Arts Center. Please allow extra travel time.

Parking
Although PNC Bank Arts Center offers plenty of convenient parking, more than 18,000 people are expected to be in attendance, so your full cooperation with PNC parking attendants is essential. PNC Bank Arts Center will also provide a free shuttle service to guests who park in the more remote sections of the complex. Do not abandon your car on the Garden State Parkway or it will be towed.

Guest Seating
You are permitted to invite as many guests as you wish to witness the Commencement ceremonies. No guest tickets will be issued or required. Seating will be general admission, on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning at 7 a.m., when the PNC amphitheatre gates will be opened. Friends and family are welcome to arrive before that time, but please ask them to wait patiently until the gates open at 7 a.m.

Important: Guests may not save seats for other members of their party. Please make sure that your guests arrive together if they wish to sit together.

Covered seating will be available in the main amphitheatre. Please note that the covered area of the amphitheatre can get quite chilly; so dress appropriately. When it is filled, guests may sit on the lawn, which is an uncovered area. A limited number of lawn chairs will be provided at no charge. Guests should be in their seats before 9:30 a.m. when the procession is scheduled to begin. Those arriving late will be seated following the opening remarks. We will not interrupt the procession.

Security
As security procedures have been enhanced at many public venues.
All bags will be subject to inspection. We therefore ask that all students and guests minimize the items they bring into the PNC Bank Arts Center.

Meeting Places
Please inform family and friends in advance where to meet you after the main ceremony. The parking lot where you line up is recommended as a good meeting place after the event.
