Welcome to the KeanGoogle system at Kean University

KEANGoogle system is powered by google apps and replaces Kean’s previous “cougar” email system. KEANGoogle allows Kean University affiliates to take advantage of the google mail and google apps interface and over 6 GB of email box storage capacity while maintaining the username@kean.edu email address.

KEANGoogle interface looks just like a personal gmail account that you already may have, but unlike your personal gmail accounts, KEANGoogle does not have any advertisements and carries the username@kean.edu email address format. Google does not see or access the contents of KEANGoogle and meets all concerns, requirements and standards set forth by the university. Activate your account

To take advantage of the benefits of using your KEANGoogle mail along with google apps, you must activate your account first. Enter your existing cougar username and password to login and activate your KEANGoogle account. You will be asked to enter some random letters (captcha) during the activation process.

KEANGoogle Sites
Google Sites is the easiest way to make information accessible to people who need quick, up-to-date access. People can work together on a Site to add file attachments, information from other Google applications (like Google Docs, Google Calendar, YouTube and Picasa), and new free-form content. Creating a site together is as easy as editing a document, and you always control who has access, whether it's just yourself, your team, or your whole organization. You can even publish Sites to the world. The Google Sites web application is accessible from any internet connected computer.
iKEANGoogle Start Page
iKEANGoogle Start Page is a central page where you can access your online services, including your KEANGoogle mail and KEANGoogle calendar. You can also add customized content from around the Web using fun, useful gadgets.
KEANGoogle Talk
KEANGoogle Talk is a clean, easy-to-use application for instant messaging and voice calls using computers. KEANGoogle Talk is integrated in the Gmail interface, so you can easily switch between chatting and emailing. Users can sign in by downloading the KEANGoogle Talk software by clicking the icon on left.
