The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has been actively planning the development of a state-wide electronic Performance Appraisal Review (e-PAR) system for approximately two years.  The ePAR system will simplify and automate the classified employee evaluation process, eliminating the need for paper-based forms and the time-consuming tasks associated with managing the process.
