Abner and Norma Benisch Endowed Scholarship
Granted to undergraduate business or education majors exhibiting an outstanding level of drive and personal initiative through campus, extracurricular, and community involvement. A 3.25 GPA is required and preference is given to Essex County residents.
Barbara Ann Kloss ’76 Annual Scholarship in Business Administration
This scholarship is awarded to sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are majoring in areas of business administration. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and proven financial need.
College of Business & Public Management Annual Scholarship
Awarded to a qualified student applicant majoring in a program within the College of Business & Public Management.
David A. Kirpan Annual Scholarship for Business and Entrepreneurship
Awarded to a junior or senior New Jersey resident with a minimum 3.25 GPA and proven financial need, whose major is a program within the College of Business and Public Management.
Dawood Farahi Public Service Endowed & Annual Scholarships
Awarded to students with a minimum 3.0 GPA majoring in public administration, criminal justice, occupational therapy or nursing.
Deshon Johnson Memorial Annual Scholarship
Intended to provide financial support to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0. Preference will be given to a business or business-related major who demonstrates financial need.
Edward McColgan Endowed Scholarship
Awarded to students majoring within the College of Business & Public Administration and preparing for a career in business. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA with proven financial need.
Grace and Marshall Nielsen Annual Scholarship
Awarded to junior accounting majors with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Strong preference will be given to students working their way through school.
Grace Lane Annual Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to a Kean University sophomore, junior or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA and proven financial need, who is majoring in either accounting or marketing and management.
Hassan Farrokh and Charles F. Baker Annual Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is open to all undergraduate and graduate business majors. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required.
Hattie Mitchell Annual Scholarship
Awarded to rising juniors and seniors who are majoring in business administration. A minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstration of financial need are required.
Hispanic Law Enforcement Annual Scholarship
Awarded to a student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and proven financial need, who demonstrates a passion for the field of criminal justice or any affiliated program such as homeland security, corrections, or police organization/administration. This scholarship could be renewed, provided the recipient upholds a 3.0 GPA.
Hugh and Edna Pearce Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in public administration.
Jolly Family Annual Scholarship
Granted to sophomore, junior, or senior public administration majors with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to students with Kean extracurricular involvement, particularly in student government.
Marjorie A. Perry ’74 Annual Business Scholarship
Awarded to a sophomore, junior or senior student interested in a career in business with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
New Jersey Association of Public Accountants Endowed Scholarship
Awarded to undergraduate accounting majors with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference is given to New Jersey residents living in Hudson, Union or Essex counties.
Northfield Bank Foundation Annual Scholarship
Awarded to business and finance related majors with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Recipients must be New Jersey or New York residents from Avenel, East Brunswick, Linden, Milltown, Monroe, Rahway, Woodbridge, or Staten Island.
Salvador Garcia Annual Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to sophomores, juniors or seniors from Elizabeth, N.J. with a minimum 3.0 GPA and proven financial need, who are majoring in accounting, finance, management, marketing or international business.
U.S. Senator Robert Menendez Annual Scholarship
Supported by the Lambda Theta Phi Foundation, this award is granted to full-time students majoring in fields leading to public service including: public administration, political science, sociology, and history. Students must have financial need and have an affiliation with Latin heritage (personal heritage, researching Latino issues, living in a Latin family, working with Latin groups or organizations, etc.).
Wiss and Company Annual Scholarship
Granted to sophomore, junior, and senior Accounting majors with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
