President Paul Avery will be honored at
Kean University's fifth annual Gala on
Wednesday, May 22, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. at
The Atrium in West Orange, N.J. Avery is
being recognized for his philanthropic
contributions and professional success.
Born in Gloversville, N.Y., Avery was

with the Boys and Girls Clubs and the
United Cerebral Palsy Association.
Additionally, Outback Steakhouse donated
