Kean University Workshop
Will Discuss Human Relations
UNION, N.J. Small business owners interested in exploring
how our human relations impact people in both their personal and professional
lives should attend the seminar titled Dale Carnegie: Business Growth
Through Relationship Development. This workshop, presented by the
Small Business Development Center of Kean University, will be held on
Tuesday, January 14, 2003, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Kean University,
East Campus, Room 158A, North Avenue, Hillside, N.J.
This focus on human relations will enhance the development
of business relationships and can increase bottom-line results. Jack Gottlieb,
corporate training consultant for Dale Carnegie Training of Central New
Jersey, will be on hand to explore Dale Carnegies key human relation
principals for relationship building and communication success. Participants
will discover how they come across to other people, how first impressions
impact their ability to create win-win relationships, how to increase
their abilities to better develop and maintain relationships that will
maximize their bottom lines and long-term vision, and how to overcome
objections and gain greater commitment.
There is a fee of $15 per person or $20 for two. Special
arrangements for people with disabilities can be made upon request. The
fee includes coffee and danish. Be sure to bring business cards and brochures
for networking purposes.
For further information or to register for the workshop,
please contact Irene Schmidt at (908) 737-5950.
