Kean University Offers Workshop on Entrepreneurship
UNION, N.J. – The Small Business Development Center of Kean University will offer a free workshop titled Are You an Entrepreneur?, on Wednesday, July 9, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the University’s East Campus, Room 158 A, 215 North Avenue, Hillside, N.J.
This workshop, conducted by representatives from the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) of Hamilton, N.J., will discuss the characteristics necessary to become an entrepreneur. This is an overview seminar that touches on issues of personality, business knowledge, experience and the proper time, place and financing.
There is a fee of $15 per person or $20 for two, which includes
literature and refreshments. This workshop is co-sponsored by NJAWBO and
the Union County Economic Development Corp. Special arrangements for people
with disabilities can be made upon request. Be sure to bring business
cards and brochures for networking purposes.
