Kean University Offers G.E.D. Preparation
in Grammar and Writing Enhancement

UNION, N.J. – – Improve your writing skills and review the basics of grammar and sentence structure necessary to obtain your General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) by enrolling in Kean University’s Basic Grammar Refresher and Writing Enhancement workshop, from 10 a.m. to noon, on successive Mondays and Wednesdays from April 5 through April 21, at 1000 Morris Avenue, Union, N.J.

Designed for adult learners wishing to enhance their personal and professional development, the course is part of the G.E.D. Preparation Program offered by Kean’s Office of Continuing and Professional Education. Through teaching and practicing principles and techniques of English composition in various expository styles, parts of speech, proper word usage and sentence structure, this course will provide a flexible and efficient learning environment for all participants.

There is a fee of $138 for the six sessions, which includes text and materials. Pre-registration is required for CEE 103, Sec 070, to Continuing and Professional Education at (908) 737-5840. Payment can be made by check, money order, VISA or MasterCard.
