Workshop on Credit
Management for Small Businesses
UNION, N.J. – –The Small Business Development Center of Kean University will present a seminar, titled Credit Management, on Tuesday, May 18, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Star Opportunity Center, Second Floor, Rex Plex, 1001 Ikea Drive, Elizabeth, N.J.
Conducted by Rocky Romeo, of Rocky Romeo, LLC, of Edison, N.J., this
workshop will discuss the means to establish and maintain good personal
and business credit, critical to the success of business. Topics will
include the importance of good credit, understanding personal credit and
credit scoring, establishing and maintaining credit. Additionally, it
will address repairing credit, understanding business credit and business-financing
basics.
This workshop is co-sponsored by the Union County Department of Human
Services and Fleet Bank.
Special arrangements for people with disabilities can be made upon request.
There is a fee of $35 for the session, which includes literature and refreshments.
