Seven Brides for Seven Brothers Comes to Kean
UNION, N.J. –A live-theatre presentation of
Seven Brides for Seven Brothers will bring the rambunctious energy
of the popular MGM original film to Wilkins Theatre at Kean University
on Sunday, February 6, at 3 p.m.
Adapted by Lawrence Kasha and David Landay, this stage version of Seven
Brides for Seven Brothers is all boisterous fun and romance, hearkening
back to the glory days of the movie musical. New songs have been added
to a melody-drenched classic film score that includes wistful ballads
and charming comic turns, setting off rousing, show-stopping dances.
Wilkins Theatre is located at 1000 Morris Avenue in Union, N.J. Tickets
are $25 for the general public; $21 for seniors and $17 for children.
For more information or to reserve tickets, call 908-737-SHOW (7469).
Black-and-white and color images are available upon request.
