Kean University Hosts the
N.J. American Choral Directors
Association High-School Choir Festival
UNION, N.J. ––– Kean University’s Department of Music will host the 2005 New Jersey American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) High-School Choir Festival on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 3 and 4, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Thursday May 5, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Wilkins Theatre at 1000 Morris Avenue in Union, N.J.
“This is the eighth year Kean University is hosting the festival,
and both the school districts and Kean have received wonderful reviews
in the past,” said Dr. Mark Terenzi, choir director and professor
in the Department of Music. “We have more than 1,500 high-school
students visiting our campus from the best choirs and high schools in
the state.”
