Designated as an Advanced Practitioner Mediator by the Association for Conflict Resolution, and practicing 30 years in human resources administration, ARTHUR L. FINKLE specializes in labor relations' mediation. Listed in Who's Who in Government and Who's Who in American Education, Who’s Who in American Law and Who's Who in Professions, he has authored 5 books and more than 110 articles on human resources issues. He also has published numerous Internet articles on human resources, mediation, ethics, school administration and religion. Director of Mediation for the New Jersey Department of Personnel, he also teaches at Kean University and consults with several educational institutions. Annually, he mediates 500 workplace disputes, both in government and judicial forums. He is also certified as a NJ Superior Court Mentor and is on the Superior court roster as a Mediator.
He taught on the graduate faculty of Rider University. He is a practicing mediator, Advanced Practitioner Designation and is the President of the Association for Conflict Resolution ("ACR"), NJ Chapter. He also serves on the National ACR's Advisory Board on Legislation and Public Policy and is a member of the Leadership Group of the Workplace Section.
Finkle is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University. He received a MGA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
