Board of Trustees at Kean University adopts resolutions for new Schools within College of Natural, Applied and Health Sciences- June 29, 2009!

School of Environmental and Life Sciences

Located within the College of Natural, Applied and Health Sciences, this school will house the new undergraduate program in Sustainability Science (pending state approval) as well as other comprehensive initiatives that focus on the complex relationships between the environment, the economy and society.

School of Nursing

Located within the College of Natural, Applied and Health Sciences, the establishment of the School of Nursing reflects an ever-increasing demand by students and the marketplace for nurses, and best positions the University's program to be both the largest and the finest in the State.
