The Certificate Program at Kean University…

The 12-credit certificate program is designed to provide practical and theoretical knowledge for those who are interested in developing and/or improving their leadership potential. Students can complete the Certificate in Leadership and Communication within one academic year and can be enrolled either full time or part time. Students may apply up to six credits taken for the certificate toward an M.A. Organizational Communication.

There are two admission tracks available: Credit and Non-Credit. Individuals applying for credit status must show evidence of a bachelor’s degree (any area) from a fully accredited college or university. A bachelor’s degree is not required for non-credit status applicants. Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Professional Development Hours are available for non-credit as well as credit applicants.
