Support on an existing course (For Instructors Only)
Fill out a support request form under "For Instructors" Tab

Can not login to BbCE8
Make sure you can login to your KEANGoogle email account. If you can not login to the KEANGoogle email account, Call 908-737-6000 or stop by CSS-113 in person to reset the password

Does not have KEANGoogle email ID or Password
Call 908-737-6000 or stop by CSS-113 in person to obtain the credentials.
Email userID and password is mailed to new students/Faculty/Staff

Can get in to KEANGoogle, yet can not get in to CE8
Fill out the appropriate support form.
If student, click on the "For Students" tab and fill out the support form.
If Instructor, visit "For Instructors" Tab and fill out the support form

Can login to BbCE8, but does not see the course
Course enrollments are automatic, allow atleast 6 hours after registration for the change to show on BbCE8 on a regular business day. After waiting 6 hours, fill out the support form

Need to signup for Online Training Course (For Instructors Only)
Visit the Workshops section to find out the next available workshop. Send an email to webct@kean.edu from your KEANGoogle email account with "Training Course Sign Up" on the subject line.
