Who should use this form?

  • This form is for faculty who wish to request or renew a WebCT course.
  • Multiple requests MUST be submitted individually.

  • Complete Section I if you are requesting an Academic WebCT course.
  • Complete Section II if you are requesting to host your course in CE 6 system.
