Spicy Chicken or Meat Stew

Steps

  1. Steam meat or chicken as desired, fry and set aside
  2. Fry chopped onion until it softens
  3. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper
  4. Cover to simmer for 20 minutes
  5. Add chicken or meat, and stock and bring to boil
  6. Cover to cook in low heat for about 30 minutes or until meat or chicken is tender and stew looks a little thick.

Can be served with rice, potatoes, yams, etc.
