We are dedicated to expanding the ability of communities of New Jersey served by Kean University to meet social, economic, cultural, and educational challenges of an emerging global community. The Institute is actively engaged in providing a range of services that include applied research, economic analyses, business surveys, community and policy planning, and specialized training geared at utilizing faculty, students, and staff expertise to marshal collaborations with neighboring communities, organizations, and government. At the core of our mission is the concept that global economy begins at the community level. The linchpin of progress in this new era is the ability to interact successfully, trading and exchanging products and sharing culture and ideas.
