Master Neal’s Academy of Martial Arts is a school which teaches Tang Soo Do, a Korean traditional martial art whose history dates back many centuries. Tang Soo Do is not a sport yet it has great combative applications. As a classical martial art, its purpose is to develop every aspect of the self, in order to create a mature person who totally integrates his/her intellect, body, emotion and spirit. This integration helps to create a person who is free from inner conflict and who can deal with the outside world in a mature, intelligent, forthright and virtuous manner. All ages are welcome.
Both Fitness Now Professional Trainers Group and Master Neal’s Academy of Martial Arts are located at 2171 Morris Ave, Union, NJ. There phone number is (908) 206-0077.
