Welcome to History 3000
History 3000 -- Perspectives on History(aka PRAXIS review) is an examination of major human developments, events, ideas, and personages in history and supporting areas of geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, and psychology. It is designed to help prepare students for the PRAXIS and their Professional Internship experience. Students should be ready to complete a large volume of reading, study, and generally rigorous work in order to successfully complete the course.
It is important to remember that your grade in this course is not the most important outcome, rather passing the PRAXIS is. The course has been designed with that guiding principle in mind. While you will receive a grade for this course, your primary objective in completing this course should be to prepare yourself to be successful on the PRAXIS exam. History 3000 has proven very successful at doing just that and we have every expectation that this new design will continue the same track record of success.
