Rutgers Center For the Innovative Print and Paper, New Brunswick, New Jersey. July 2005. I attended a week long workshop taught by master papermaker, Anne McGowen. I was taught advanced sculptural applications to papermaking.

Artist Assistantship in Italy, Lasallian International/Cultural And Art Center, San Martino A Scopeto, Vicchio, Italy. June - August, 1995. Lived in Italy for three months assisting a Lassallian monk/artist with his
sculpture commissions as well as restoring the seven hundred year old villa which is now home to the International/Cultural And Art Center.

Drawing and Watercolor Class in Italy, Traveled throughout Italy for two weeks with a Miami University graduate and under-graduate level studio class. Studied in Florence, Venice, Stresa, Milan, Sienna and Padua.

Ireland, Traveled extensively throughout Ireland researching stone formations and Celtic art. Attended the Colagda Muire secondary school in Ennis, County Clare for one year.
