Graduate Non-Matriculated Student Information – Summer 2008

Non-matriculated students are NOT ELIGIBILE for Financial Aid.

Pre-matriculated "C" grades will not be accepted for graduate credit toward program requirements.

Graduate non-matriculated students are limited to a cumulative total of 6 credits and may register on a seat available basis only. Enrollment as a non-matriculated student DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE into a graduate program.

In order to register for courses you must be on the registration eligibility list. If you have NEVER TAKEN graduate courses at Kean University or if you have NOT ATTENDED during the past academic year, you must complete the Request for Registration Eligibility form in order to be placed on the registration eligibility list.

All graduate non-matriculated students who hold a bachelor's degree from another institution must submit proof of degree, either a diploma or transcript bearing the college seal, in addition to the Request for Registration Eligibility Form.

The completed Request for Registration Eligibility form and additional documentation, if necessary, must be received in the One Stop Service Center by March 14, 2008 for early registration; by May 2, 2008 for summer I registration; and, by June 13th for summer II registration. This will allow for adequate time to process the request. The student will then be mailed a User ID and password to allow access to the Kean Wise system. After these dates, students must drop off their forms in person and be prepared to wait until they receive their User ID and password to register.

Once you have been placed on the registration eligibility list, you will be mailed a letter containing your User ID and password and instructions on how to register online using the Kean Wise registration system.
