This option is designed to offer teachers and child care providers special training in family life education. Emphasis is placed on meeting the requirements of the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards and Family Life Education Mandate.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the Universitys admission requirements:
- GRE (Graduate Record Exam) scores
- Two letters of recommendation
- Departmental interview may be required
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
- 33 credits: 18 required, 9 elective
- Two semester (6 credits) advanced seminar course
- Comprehensive examination
