Water takes many forms is the focus of our study as streams, puddles, ponds, and
rivers. We will also study how water is necessary for living thing such as
plants and animals, To help the children learn more about the important part
water plays we have decided to study the Kean University stream. Open-ended art activities allow the children to express creativity and practice fine motor skills. Circle time activities reinforce information about water and enable the children to expand their language skills as they spoke listened and wrote in response to the literature. In keeping with science activities included sink and float, measuring, precipitation, etc. Project Kean stream has been designed to enable children to demonstrate an understanding of their ability. To enhance children's learning we have planned activities to address all aspects of a child's development such as social, cognitive, emotional, language, physical, and aesthetic. All curriculum areas are addressed through the Kean stream project. |
