You must file an application with the Office of Graduate Student Services before the application deadline(s) published in the Registration Bulletin. For more information go to Graduate Student Forms for the Application for Graduation and/or Certification.
The deadline for turning in the form is the first Friday in October for graduating in the Fall semester and the first Friday in February for graduating in the Spring or Summer semester.
