Sessions will provide initial training and navigation of the Colleague Financials System using the windows based Datatel User Interface.  We will review the input of requisitions (REQM) and the approval process as well as other screens that will assist in this process.

NOTE:  If the session you are requesting is full, you will receive notification via cougar e-mail that your name has been placed on an alternates list, in the order your e-mail was received.  Once a seat becomes available you will be notified by e-mail.

A reminder e-mail will be sent to you providing the date and time of the session you had registered for.

Please print out and bring a copy of the "Distributed Financials Training Manual using Datatel User Interface" in advance of your training session. (KeanGOOGLE Username and Password is needed to view documents)

We will review many screens including the PERC (Person Restrictions) and XSTP (Student Petitions) screens.  This is session is a general overview using the student system.
