Fall 2009 Events

On October 8, 2009, the Occupational Therapy department participated in the university-wide Awareness Festival. The department ran an eye-catching booth on Cougar walk promoting both the OT program at Kean and the profession of Occupational Therapy. The theme of the booth, “Tools for the Adventure of Your Life” demonstrated some of the “tools of the trade” employed by Occupational Therapists. Information was presented to prospective students on the role of OTs in the rehabilitation process, generating much interest in joining the field of Occupational Therapy.
