BACHELOR OF ARTS IN RECREATION ADMINISTRATION

Commercial Recreation

The Commercial Recreation option prepares students to work for companies in the fields of tourism and sports management, as well as special events and conference planning. The curriculum focuses on recreation planning, facility operations, business management and marketing.

Graduates may expect to find employment as resorts-recreation directors, cruise ship activity leaders, event managers, health-center supervisors and sports-facilities and organization supervisors.
