Executive M.B.A. Program
The Kean University Executive MBA program is designed with a strong focus on leadership, technology and professional networking. The emphasis is on developing the real-world skills and knowledge that managers need to succeed in today’s business world.
The Kean Executive MBA is a 20-24 month accelerated program meant for executives and business professionals who already have substantial experience and knowledge. Each cohort group follows a course map offering four specialization areas: Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, or Management.

R.N. to B.S.N. Program
Kean University offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program for registered nurses who have an associate’s degree or diploma in nursing.
The BSN degree prepares the nurse for a broader professional role. Graduates of the Kean University program have the abilities that are essential for today’s professional nurses, who must be skilled providers, designers, managers and coordinators of care.
The Department of Nursing at Kean University has long been recognized for the supportive, collegial atmosphere that exists among students and faculty.
All courses are offered at the RVCC campus and students have the option of attending full-time or part-time.

M.S.N. Program
Scheduled to Start January 2008
The MSN degree prepares nurses with expertise in clinical management emphasizing system planning and protocols of care development which are responsive to culturally diverse health team and patient populations. It is this unique combination of trans-cultural nursing care and managerial skill which will prepare the graduate of this program with the competency necessary to take a leadership role in the clinical area.
Admission Requirements:
- BSN – RNs with bachelor's degrees in other fields may be considered for admission with additional course work based on portfolio assessment
- RN Licensure
- Two letters of recommendation attesting to professional and academic competence
- Departmental interview
- Prerequisites: Minimum B course work in statistics, nursing research, and theory
