On Campus Room Change
If you are interested in making an apartment/room change (even going from “A” to “B” or “B” to “A” in the apartments), Sunday, January 27, 2013 in the New Freshman Multi-Purpose Room between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
This will be the ONLY room change day during the spring semester. Requests for room changes after this date will be considered on a case by case basis by the Residence Hall Director of the Office of Residential Student Services.
Please realize that if you are moving from different styles of housing there will be a cost difference that will need to be paid to student accounting within a couple of days of the move.
Room Change Procedures:

You must be packed and ready to move to your new assignment.

Make sure your side of the room is clean for the next person to move in.

Visit your Community Center to complete paperwork and check out of your room.

Visit the community center of the corresponding building for your new assignment.

You must present a signed and completed room change form in order to check into your assignment.
Students must complete the room change by 5pm on Monday, January 28th. Students may pick up their new keys and return their old keys on Sunday from 6pm-10pm and Monday from 9am - 5pm.
