Housing applications are available online via KeanWISE. Students must log in with their KeanWISE username and password to access the housing application.
Information Sessions: March 3-7, 17-21, 2014
Students not familiar with the room selection process will be able to attend information sessions. E-mails will be sent with the dates, times and locations of the session
Tour Dates March18-20, 25-27 2014
Residents interested in viewing the different housing options should register online at www.kean.edu/~reslife for a tour. Residents can choose to see a quad building apartment with a triple bedroom, a quad building apartment with a double bedroom, and/or the New Upperclassmen Residence Hall double bedroom apartment.
Deadline to Complete Roommate Finder Form: March 21, 2014
Students that are looking for a roommate can complete a roommate form by clicking the room selection icon located at www.kean.edu/~reslife.
Deadline to Submit Housing Application with Fee: March 28, 2014
Students who wish to participate in the room selection process must submit a completed housing application via KeanWISE and pay the $125 non-refundable housing application fee online or through the Office of Student Accounting by 4:00 p.m. Students paying the application fee via student accounting must submit a copy of the receipt to the Office of Residential Student Services.

Students who submit their housing application with the $125 non-refundable housing application fee need to check their Kean University e-mail in order to find out their room selection appointment time.
Room Selection Process April 7-11, 2014
Students will select their room for the 2014-2015 academic year during this week.
Any student (current resident or commuter) must be a currently enrolled, full time student in good standing and have paid the $125 non-refundable housing application fee by March 28, 2014 in order to apply to live on campus.
Residential Student Services has established a graduate student community in Bartlett Hall, our ten-month living option. Graduate students may select a single or double occupancy room.
Students are expected to remain in good academic standing at Kean University while residing in the residence halls. Any resident who falls below the minimum 2.0 G.P.A. may be terminated or suspended from housing. Students allowed to live on campus on a probationay period will be require to participate in the A.C.C.E.S.S. program. All students assigned to housing, must be registered as full time student ( 12 credits undergraduate, 9 credits graduate) for the fall 2014 semester by May 20, 2014. Residents who fail to register as full time students will be removed from their selected rooms and placed on a waiting list. Students must notify the Office of Residential Student Services once they are registered as a full time students to be re-assigned a space if available.
