The Resident Student Association is the official elected student governing body of the residence halls and was established to:

Promote interest in student government and student affairs.

Legislate for and unify the students living in the residence halls.

Sponsor programs of an educational, social and cultural nature.

Promote a high degree of cooperation between students, faculty and the administration concerning resident affairs.

Channel and interpret student opinion to the faculty and administration of the University.
Elections are held each spring to determine an executive board. The office is located in 300C, Dougall Hall. Check the office door for officer’s names and office hours, or call (908) 737-6709 for further information.
