Students are encouraged to submit work order requests for issues that they see in their rooms. Once a request is submitted the student will receive an e-mail granting the requests and given them a work order number or denying their work request with an explanation of why it was denied.
Please follow these steps to complete a work order request (the following are required fields):

Request Date (this field is automatically filled)

Request Time (this field is automatically filled)

Phone number (the student should put a contact number that he/she could be contacted in regards to their request)

Requestor Name (the student should put their full name)

Requestor's E-mail (the student should type an e-mail address that they want confirmation of their work order mailed to)

Action requested (please write the request in detail and specify the location and the issue)

Facility (please type Main Campus or use the drop down menu to select Main Campus)

Building (please type your building ex. Rogers Hall, Burch Hall, Whiteman Hall etc. or use the drop down menu to select the specific building)
- Area # (please type your room number ex. 101, 218, 405 etc. or use the drop down menu and select the specific location)
- When complete, please click "Save" to submit your request.
