Research Resources

Here are a list of resources which I have found extremely useful in my research.

Math Societies

The following are organizations of mathematicians in the U.S. They all have information for the general public as well.

Free Stuff

  • Staroffice A free office suite software; compatible with Microsoft software
  • C++ compiler  Free from Borland. It's only a command line interface, but should be suitable for most purposes.
  • Linux  The ultimate freebie. This is a Unix-like operating system which can be installed on a PC. If you're serious about installling it, save time by ordering a CD-ROM installation from Redhat Linux.
Disclaimer: Neither I nor Kean University are responsible for the software above. Use at your own risk.
