at the Montclair Public Library. “Sister to Sister” is a mentorship program for teenage girls
of African descent.

Performed as a soloist with the Kean Dance Theatre annual
concert. The dance
entitled "El Hogar de las Mujeres" is a dance celebrating mothers of civilization and the
women of the world.

*Special Note
Dr. Boyd-Jackson is the
former president of
NJABPSi. She is the former co-chair of Academic and Scientific Affairs
Committee of NJPA. She has a part-time private practice where she
conducts psychotherapy with adolescence and adults. She conducts
individual, couple and group therapy. Dr. Boyd-Jackson
specializes in work with individuals who have experienced trauma, adult
children of alcoholics, depression, anxiety and women's groups.
Dr. Boyd-Jackson's professional
work allows her to apply psychological
principles and techniques which enhances her effectiveness in the
classroom.
