Given the web medium, the nature of this site's material, and our own
hectic schedules, we would greatly appreciate electronic communication and
submission whenever possible. Please send items, including photos (.jpg or

If a hardcopy submission is at all lengthy, please include a floppy
with the file written in a common word-processing program (Microsoft Word
is preferred).
When submitting photos, don't forget to include background information:
biology, taxonomy, location, photographer's name. If your picture(s)
aren't in electronic form, and you can't get it done easily, we would be
happy to scan them for you. Just mail duplicates of your slides or
prints (please don't send your precious originals!) to Chip at the address
above.
If you would like to be included in the Directory, please send us your
name, address, phone, email address, and website url, as well as a brief
description of your biological interests.
