BRIEF BIO
I am an assistant professor in the Graduate Management Studies department of Kean University. I received a Ph.D. of Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Information Technologies from University of North Texas and a B.A. in English Literature from China University of Law and Political Science with minor in law.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES
My primary research interests are in virtual team development and leadership. I've published papers in work relationship formation in virtual work environment, transformational leadership in virtual team, virtual team maturity and virtual team leadership delegation. My current research project investigates under which specific circumstances virtual team leaders delegate and the effects of leadership delegation on team performance.

My secondary research interests are in small business information technology management. This line of research is inspired by the interesting issues I encountered when working in small businesses and managing a small business. Papers published or under review involves topics such as instant messaging usage in small businesses and inter-organizational decision-making in small businesses.
