Online Professional Literature Sites

Online literature is available to school specialists interested in preventing and reducing violence and trauma in schools.

 

The Journal of School Violence presents articles on research, practice, and theory about prevention and intervention of violence in schools (http://genesislight.com/JSV.html).

 

Journal of School Counseling is a national, peer reviewed, online journal.  It promotes the effective practice of school counseling as it relates to the thoughts, practices, and research of school counselors and counselor educators (http://jsc.montana.edu/).  

 

SAGE Open is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research and review articles in an interactive and open access format (http://sgo.sagepub.com/).   Publications are available in counseling, psychology, and social work.
