**Important Update**

Effective with the mailing of September monthly passes, a non-refundable $3.00 processing fee will be applied each month, in addition to the fare for the pass.  Customers who wish to avoid the processing charge will have the opportunity to opt out of the program and purchase their pass from NJ TRANSIT ticket vending machines or ticket offices (note that there is no other way to purchase a StudentPass discounted bus or light rail monthly but via the online system).  Students who wish to purchase a rail discounted monthly pass without incurring the processing fee can do so using a paper form, available in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs, in Kean Hall room 124, and at rail station ticket windows. To opt out of the program, students should simply cancel their account before August 10, 2009.

KEAN STUDENTS: Get on Board with a 25 Percent Discount on New Jersey Transit Monthly Passes

New Users, it is important to remember:

  • After you enroll for Quik-Tik, you will receive a new monthly pass in the mail each and every month unless you choose to suspend your account.
  • If you choose to suspend your monthly pass (for example during winter break), you will need to reactivate your account once again through our secure keanWISE (this will verify enrollment).

Getting started is easy. To initially sign up, you must login through the secure keanWISE, click on Other Services, then NJTRANSIT Quik-Tik and select Enroll in NJ Transit Quik-Tik.
