Red Cross Disaster Relief
The Colonial Crossroads can help those with disaster-caused emergency needs including food, clothing, a place to stay, emergency medications, counseling and recovery advice and assistance. Each year, the American Red Cross responds to more than 70,000 disasters including house or apartment fires - our most frequent disaster response - as well as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, hazardous materials spills, transportation accidents, explosions and other natural and man-made disasters. This is accomplished by Disaster Action Team volunteers who provide disaster relief to meet the emergency needs of victims.
