Students admitted into the Bachelor of Arts in biology pre-physician assistant option will apply for the Master of Science physician assistant degree through the Rutgers School of Health Professions in the sophomore year. If admitted by Rutgers, you will complete your Bachelor of Arts in biology at Kean in three years and complete the master's degree in physician assistant at Rutgers in the next three years.
Physician assistant graduates have gained the knowledge and skills to thrive in all areas of medicine, including primary care and family medicine, emergency medicine, surgery and psychiatry, managing illness and promoting wellness.
