UNION, N.J. – Ars Vitalis: The New Jersey New Music Forum at Kean University will celebrate the life of one of New Jersey’s most prolific composers, Frank Ezra Levy (1930-2017), on Thursday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m., at Kean’s Enlow Recital Hall in Hillside.

When she’s not shaping metal in her art studio, Kean University Professor Jennifer Crupi is shaping minds in her classroom. Watch and learn about her unique artistic sense, which has led her to prominent exhibitions in the Smithsonian and other major galleries.

UNION, N.J. — An exhibition featuring art created by inmates is now on display at Kean University in Union, N.J. Cellblock Visions: Prison Art in America, curated by Phyllis Kornfeld, includes 60 works by men and women imprisoned in jails and penitentiaries across six states.
