This program is the first and only of its kind in the State of New Jersey.

Kean’s Office of Labor Relations seeks to work collaboratively to facilitate meaningful dialogue between employees, labor, and management and pursue new avenues to expand labor equity for all employee classifications. Employee Relations works in partnership with Human Resources in many aspects of employee performance and implementation of collective bargaining agreements.
