Move-In Information
Kean University is dedicated to maintaining a healthy campus environment and ensuring a safe move-in process for all of our students.

Residential students may schedule move-in times from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., beginning Saturday, January 16, 2021. Move-ins will be scheduled through Monday, January 18, 2021. Students can register for one time slot. No more than ten students per building and 4 students per floor will be allowed during each half hour period.
Schedule your appointment HERE or go the Housing Portal and select "Schedule Move in Appointment." Make sure to select both a date and time. You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment. Students may have one person assist them with the move-in process.
The Office of Residential Student Services strongly encourages students to pack lightly for the academic year and only bring what is absolutely essential to the residence halls. Please see the ‘What to Bring’ List below.
Students and their guest will be required to wear face coverings, follow social distancing and clean their hands regularly during the move in process.
